What do I need to run Munson?
A Mac on the same network as your receiver. Munson Core is a lightweight menu bar app (~50MB) that runs quietly in the background. Your Remotes (iPad, iPhone, browser) connect to Core over your local network.
Which receivers are supported?
Anthem AVM 70/90 and MRX x40 series with full features. WiiM Ultra with volume and input control. Denon and Marantz support is coming soon.
What media sources work with Munson?
Roon, Apple TV, and Zidoo at launch. Plex, Jellyfin, and Spotify Connect are planned.
Can multiple people control the system?
Yes. Unlimited Remotes per license. Anyone on your network can open Munson in their browser or install the free mobile app.
